The Under 11’s team had an incredible day out at the heart of local cricket. They cheered on Western Storm ladies against the Southern Vipers and watched Gloucestershire take on Sussex in the afternoon at the Seat Unique Stadium.
Despite the matches not going in our favour, the boys and their parents had a blast meeting some of the players, enjoying the games (with a bit of friendly heckling), attending a player signing session, and wrapping up the evening with a fantastic training session held by Coalpit Heath’s very own Pete Crawford!
it was great to see the boys bonding over the love of the game and picking up some hints and tips from the professionals.
